Glyphithyreus
wetherelli is probably Sheppey's most common little crab. Because of
its small size, it is often overlooked. The best way to find specimens
is to hunt, on hands and knees amongst the accumulations of pyrite on
the beach. While searching for them you will also find Sharks teeth,
seeds, small fish vertebra and the casts of gastropods and bivalves
etc.
